Privacy Policy
A plain-language draft describing how customer and project information may be handled.
1. Information we may collect
DOMZOR may collect contact details, service addresses, project descriptions, photographs, estimates, payment status, appointment information, communications, device or browser information, and other information voluntarily provided by a customer.
2. How information may be used
Information may be used to provide estimates, schedule and perform services, communicate with customers, document property conditions, process payments, improve operations, prevent fraud, comply with law, and manage disputes or insurance documentation.
3. Photographs and project documentation
DOMZOR may take photographs or video for estimating, work documentation, quality control, insurance, training, safety, and dispute prevention. Marketing use requires separate optional consent.
4. Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers, payment processors, insurers, subcontractors, laboratories, consultants, legal or accounting professionals, or governmental authorities when reasonably necessary and lawful. DOMZOR does not intend to sell personal information.
5. Retention and security
DOMZOR should retain records only as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, accounting, insurance, warranty, or dispute-resolution purposes and use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Customer choices
Customers may request correction of inaccurate contact information, decline optional marketing photographs, and unsubscribe from nonessential marketing messages. Transactional and service-related communications may still be sent.
