Photo & Video Authorization
Documentation rights and separate optional consent for marketing use.
1. Job documentation
Customer authorizes DOMZOR to photograph or record work areas, property conditions, equipment, readings, progress, completed work, and relevant communications for estimating, documentation, quality control, safety, insurance, training, dispute prevention, and legal compliance.
2. Optional marketing consent
Marketing use is optional and is not required to receive service. A customer may allow DOMZOR to use non-identifying before-and-after images in advertising, social media, websites, proposals, and training materials.
3. Identifying information
DOMZOR should not intentionally publish names, faces, addresses, license plates, personal documents, account numbers, or other identifying information without separate express authorization.
4. Withdrawal
A customer may withdraw future marketing consent by contacting DOMZOR. Withdrawal does not require removal of materials already lawfully printed or distributed before DOMZOR received the request.
