Electronic Signature Consent
Consent to electronic records, signatures, notices, and document delivery.
1. Consent to electronic records
Customer consents to receive estimates, agreements, notices, invoices, receipts, and service communications electronically at the email address or phone number supplied to DOMZOR.
2. Electronic signature
Typing a name, checking an acceptance box, drawing a signature, clicking an acceptance button, or using another electronic acceptance method is intended to serve as the customer's electronic signature.
3. Ability to retain records
Customer should download, print, or save applicable terms and project documents. DOMZOR should provide a copy of the fully accepted project-specific agreement after secure electronic-signature and email delivery are activated.
4. Updating contact information
Customer is responsible for providing accurate contact details and promptly notifying DOMZOR of changes.
5. Paper option
A customer may request a paper copy and may sign a physical service agreement. A paper request does not cancel an already accepted obligation unless applicable law provides otherwise.
6. Static-site limitation
The current website stores acceptance only on the user's device. This is not a complete audit trail. DOMZOR should connect a secure backend or recognized electronic-signature service before treating the website as the sole record of a signed contract.
