DOMZOR Legal Center
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Reservation deposits, timing, rescheduling, no-shows, and emergency-service rules.
1. Reservation deposit
DOMZOR may require a deposit equal to 30% of the estimated service price. The deposit reserves scheduling capacity and is applied to the final invoice unless the project-specific agreement provides otherwise.
2. Cancellation more than 24 hours before service
The deposit may be refunded or credited, less nonrecoverable costs already incurred and any lawful payment-processing fees.
3. Cancellation within 24 hours, no-show, or denied access
Some or all of the deposit may be retained to the extent permitted by law and reasonably related to reserved labor, travel, equipment, materials, and lost scheduling capacity.
4. Rescheduling
DOMZOR may allow one reasonable rescheduling request without penalty when sufficient notice is provided and no nonrecoverable cost has been incurred.
5. DOMZOR cancellation
If DOMZOR cancels and cannot offer a reasonable replacement date, the unapplied deposit will be refunded or credited at the customer's option.
6. Emergency and restoration work
Emergency response, equipment rental, specialty materials, demolition, testing, or restoration projects may use a different cancellation and payment schedule stated in the written project agreement.
7. Mandatory legal rights
This policy does not limit a cancellation right or refund right that applicable law does not permit the customer to waive.
